Hi

I am writing for Bob Gray as he is working in the broadcast parent list - it appears each time he adds a work an email is broadcast. 

Is this something he is doing? or a problem with the website broadcast list.

If you could possibly call with a quick answer it would be helpful.  I was going to send out an email for him and don't want to bombard the list more than what already has happened.

Sorry, but I do not understand.  What do you mean when you say "each time he adds a work an email is broadcast"?

As to adding email addresses, they are added in a completely different area than broadcasting.  Therefore, you can't broadcast a message when adding an email address.

Well as usual I mistyped the word.....I mistyped work instead of word.

It seemed each time he added a word to his text area an email was shot off to the list – I received about 15 - 18 emails, others got many more or about the same number.  In fact each email had another work added..... it was a bit comical.

Bob has not used the broadcast list before but he said he was just tying in the text and that he had not hit the send button.

Have you heard of this happening before or do you know what he may have done?
